Since earning my license, Iíve built a client base of first time buyers, those with expanding housing needs, mature clients moving on to their retirement dreams, and investors renovating distressed properties.  During that time Iíve also broadened my skills and networking reach by earning designations as a Certified International Property Specialist, Senior Real Estate Specialist, GREEN Certified, along with Relocation Certification for both private and government entities.   


Prior to beginning my career in real estate, I worked in commercial banking for more than thirty years.  After initially beginning my career in Pennsylvania, new opportunities allowed for a move to California in the late 1980ís.  Later, experience and a strong work ethic earned me the position of President of a national finance company in Seattle Washington.  After exiting the banking industry, I decided to pursue a career in real estate.  My interest in real estate began many years ago while helping family and friends build and remodel homes.  My broad range of experiences has proven beneficial in helping my clients envision their homeís potential, and spotting the pit falls.
